Enquiries submitted through the contact form are designed to open a mail message to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com. We use that address to reply about the suburb and the plumbing symptom you described.
We do not sell suburb lists. We do not run a hidden lead auction on this page. Server and platform logs (including a host such as Netlify) may record standard request metadata. Keystatic content is stored as files in the project.
If you want a note deleted from the mailbox, write to the same address and say so. For official privacy law in Australia, start with the Australian Privacy Principles — this page is a plain description of a small editorial desk, not a substitute for legal advice.
What we do not collect on purpose
There is no account system and no Keystatic login in production use beyond a local editor. The contact form is a mailto: opener. If you send photos of a burst, treat them as mail you chose to send, not as an upload vault this site keeps.
Hosts
The site is built to deploy on Netlify with @netlify/plugin-nextjs. Hosts keep their own request logs. Read their policies if you need that layer. This page stays about the editorial desk.
