Central Coast Plumbing Co on this domain is an independently operated information desk. It rebuilds a historic local plumbing site that, by 2021, published suburb pages (the Gosford snapshot is the content-rich seed) and a service list of blocked drains, sewer, hot water, gas fitting, and after-hours attendance.
We kept the map. We did not keep the invented American reviews, the conflicting “established 2010 / 25 years” banners, or any licence number we cannot show. We also did not keep a public phone roster — the contact the rebuild uses is callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com, listed on contact.
What “independent” means here
It means this site is not NSW Fair Trading, not Central Coast Council, and not a water utility. Those official links sit in the footer so you can leave us and check a fact. It means we write about Gosford and Terrigal as places with soils and housing, not as keywords stuffed under a stock photo.
What we publish
Long briefs on services, areas, guides, news, and the FAQ. Tech SEO that a rebuild should have: unique titles, canonicals, Open Graph, JSON-LD, sitemap, robots, and llms.txt. Heritage 301s from /{suburb}/ and /{suburb}-plumber/. A fleet copyright and trademark disclaimer on every page.
What we do not publish
Call-out fees. “From $” jetter specials. Fake licence numbers. “#1 plumber on the Central Coast.” A guarantee that a van is 11 minutes from every lagoon. Testimonials copied from another continent.

Design, on purpose
The visual system is a harbour gauge: Fraunces for the masthead, Literata for the logbook, Sora for the instruments, coastal channel blue, brushed stainless rules, and a copper accent that is not a trades-orange card grid. Capes Chance Lighthouse is the section rhythm only — hero, facts, long narrative, table, photo gateways, FAQ, CTA. The chrome is not copied.
Ownership and marks
The domain is the owned property this rebuild sits on. Other marks in the footer (Fair Trading, SafeWork, Council, appliance brands) remain their owners’. The disclaimer band repeats that on every page because a plumbing site that mentions licences is otherwise easy to misread as a register.

- This is a rebuilt information site on the owned domain. Historic pages (including /gosford/) are preserved as 301s. We do not recycle Californian testimonials or invent a current van roster.
