The old site mixed local service copy with generic blog themes. This index keeps three evergreen notes and throws away the rest.

They overlap the guides on purpose. A news URL is for people who still have the old blog in a bookmark. A guide URL is for the information architecture. Both send you to services and areas.
Why only three notes
The old mill could have produced fifty thin posts. Three evergreen notes, each pointing at a guide and a service, are more honest. If you need the process, you want guides. If you need the suburb, you want areas.
